Morocco Gravel Bikepacking

Morocco Gravel Bikepacking

Bikepacking Morocco is one of the great adventures — and it’s more feasible than people think. The Ounila Valley, the Draa and the Atlantic coast are the most self-sufficient-friendly routes, with villages, water and food never too far apart. Here’s where bikepacking works, how to plan water and sleep, and how we can support a bikepacking trip if you don’t want to go fully alone.

Where bikepacking works best

The Ounila Valley (Telouet to Ait Benhaddou), the Draa Valley, and the Atlantic coast around Essaouira. Villages and guesthouses are frequent, water is available, and the terrain is rideable loaded.

Water and sleep planning

Carry 2–3 L minimum and plan refills around villages; double that in the desert. Wild camping is widely accepted; a hybrid of guesthouse nights and wild nights is the sweet spot.

Supported bikepacking

We can run a bikepacking-style trip with a vehicle meeting you at key points for water and food — lighter than a fully supported tour, safer than fully solo.
