The four pricing tiers
Every suitable tour — day rides, overnights, expeditions and classic tours — is offered at four levels. The route, the guiding and the safety framework are identical. What changes between tiers is accommodation, private vs shared transport and support, meal quality and extras.
Premium
Private or very small group, premium accommodation, private support vehicle and guide, all meals and all extras. The highest comfort and the most personalised service.
Comfort
A small group of 4–6 riders, comfortable guesthouses, shared support and a professional guide, full meals and selected extras. The most popular balance of comfort and value — and our recommended “best value” option.
Standard
The classic Gravel Morocco experience: a shared group of 6–10, good local accommodation, shared logistics, standard meals and essential services. Professional quality, fully maintained.
Budget
A larger shared group (8+), basic but clean and safe accommodation, shared transport, a professional guide, basic meals and essential services only. The lowest realistic price for a real, safe gravel adventure.
Shared departures
If you are travelling alone or as a couple, the fastest way to lower the per-person price is to join a scheduled shared departure rather than booking privately. You ride with other cyclists, share the support vehicle and guide, and pay the group rate. Request to join a departure.
Group travel
Larger groups receive lower per-person pricing because the fixed costs — the support vehicle, the guide, the fuel — are shared across more riders. Gather four or more friends and the price drops noticeably; eight or more and it drops again. The group-size selector on every tour page shows the live effect.
Simpler accommodation
Morocco’s local guesthouses are clean, safe and authentic, and they cost a fraction of a premium lodge. The Standard and Budget tiers use good local accommodation instead of premium hotels — you sleep in the same valleys and ride the same pistes, just without the upgrade.
Bike rental options
You do not need to fly with your bike. We rent gravel, premium gravel and MTB bikes, professionally maintained, for the whole trip. Add a bike to any tier from the tour page or the booking form — it is priced per person for the full duration.
Best seasons for value
The shoulder seasons — May and September — carry a small discount versus peak (October–November and March–April) while the weather is still excellent and the pistes are quiet. Summer (June–August) and winter (December–February) carry larger discounts; summer belongs to the high country and winter to the desert and coast, so there is always somewhere good to ride.
Shorter routes
A 2–3 day trip costs less in total than a 10-day expedition while delivering the same quality. If time or budget is tight, start with an overnight or a short expedition — you can always come back for the grand tour.

Do I get the same guide on a Budget trip?
Yes. Every tier is led by a professional Gravel Morocco guide. The guide-to-rider ratio is higher on Premium and Comfort, but the guiding quality is the same.
Can I rent a bike on any tier?
Yes. Bike rental (gravel, premium gravel or MTB) can be added to any tier from the tour page or the booking form, priced per person for the full trip.
What is the cheapest time of year to ride?
Winter (December–February) and summer (June–August) carry the largest seasonal discounts. Winter suits the desert and coast; summer suits the high Atlas. Shoulder seasons (May, September) are a small discount with excellent weather.
